About David
I've been interested in sports and nutrition all my life, starting with football, tennis, basketball and Freeletics.
I've been doing fitness since I was 16. Since I quickly realized that constant weightlifting did not provide me with functional strength, I switched to calisthenics. After a short time it became clear to me that you can feel weightless with this sport, so I mastered the front lever, the human flag and the muscle up (despite my 1.89 m). In my home town (Hamburg) I trained a youth group for 3 years, which gave me my first experience as a trainer. I have been training a small group of students in Kiel for about a year. I myself am an ecotrophology student with a focus on sports and medical nutrition. I am fluent in German, English and basic Chinese.

My workouts are based on a body weight and strength building concept. Step by step, I teach the skills that are typical in calisthenics, such as Human Flag, Frontlever or Muscle Up. Body training and "fat burner workouts" in the form of circuit or HIIT training are also part of my repertoire. The training is aimed at people who are interested in their own bodyweight training and want to feel the feeling of "weightlessness", regardless of whether they are newbies, beginners or advanced. The training is perfectly adapted to each person so that your goals and dreams are fulfilled. In addition (if interested) I also offer nutritional advice for healthy regeneration and the right muscle building. The nutrition plans are individually adapted to the person and different diets (e.g. vegan, vegetarian, keto, low-carb, paleo, etc.) are observed.
