About Colin
I have been teaching my sports for a long time (about 10 years) and passed a BPJEPS AGA (diploma for trainers in gymnastics).
My previous students are counted in hundreds now and some even ended top 10 in national competitions !
All emerged victorious from having learned the movements they were looking for, some did not stop there and are today competitors as well as my sport rivals.
Finally some preferred to train for pleasure and were simply satisfied with the weekly appointments that offer them variety and motivation to keep the flame, almost like your "good friday session of yoga".
No matter what your objectives are I'll adapt myself so that my knowledge can serve your journey !

Being a high-level athlete for more than 15 years and having a great experience in Calisthenics (mainly Street Workout), I propose to teach, for you, the most technical movements of this still little-known sport.
My teaching focuses mainly on the understanding of movement and your body, for this i'll work with you on three aspects :
- Reinforcing your technique (the exactitude of movement, proprioception, activating and understanding wich group of muscles will be needed etc)
- Muscular reinforcement (this one explain itself, it is what you will find in almost any coaching)
- Nervous reinforcement (being able to deliver more energy in each movement, to build combos and to recruit all your calcium/power that may lies inside)
These three parts along with some mental preparation will work in symbiose to give you the best of yourself !
As knowledge in this field evolves everyday, any exercise will be subject to evolution and not blind repetition.
I prown variety and understanding of movement, not "simple routines" that may seems easy going but also will slow down your progress.
My goal is to make you feel your progression but above all that you have plenty of fun !
Finally, any course is obviously adaptable to each person but also to the mood of the day (nothing is set in stone): to progress, the desire must be felt !

Perfect! Ne vous fiez pas à sa bouille de premier de la classe. Malgré son jeune âge, Colin a l'étoffe d'un coach professionnel. Les exercices sont vraiment adaptés à mes aptitudes et à mes progrès. De plus, il est très motivant, ce qui est parfait si vous êtes un peu comme moi : une grosse feignasse.
Ce petit Maître Yoda est le prof idéal si vous voulez vous dépasser et améliorer vos performances.

J'ai suivi Colin en tant qu'athlète sportif lors de compétition street workout et en tant que coach sportif; il est ce qui se fait de mieux surtout sur la calisthenie.
J'ai su le voir évoluer sur tout les aspects en tant qu'athlète et il est, sans aucun doute, un très bon coach sportif qui connais les aspects différents d'un sportif occasionnel d'un athlète professionnel.Bonjour je suis André Normand et je pratique le street workout depuis plus de deux années. Colin je le suis sur s bons internet depuis un certain temps, je l'ai vu réellement 2 fois lors de compétitions, où il a obtenus de très bons résultats. Je pense qu'il est fait pour ce travail.
Ayant un très bon niveau de Street Workout, je peux affirmer que Colin est apte à enseigner le street. Il est très présent pour aider les gens sur les berges, à proposer des exercices afin de progresser dans différents domaines et à faire comprendre différents mouvements. Il explique clairement et précisément avec des bonnes techniques pour progresser et poussera ses élèves à dépasser leur limites.
Colin Dojat est un pratiquant de Street Workout depuis plusieurs années, et l'une des personnes les plus fortes sur Lyon. Nous nous sommes entrainés ensemble de nombreuses fois, et très rapidement il a su reconnaitre les défauts qui m'empêchaient de progresser.
