I recommend Ketia. As far as passion and determination go she's well keen on those. She's academically driven and sports driven as well. She's loves to aid and help people. Has great communication skills so she's well suited for tutoring. She was my senior in chess for some time and often helped me improve so I'm vouching based on personal experience.
