About Ben
I am a 2nd-year PhD student in theoretical quantum physics at Cambridge University. I placed in the top 10 in my year for my BA and MSci in Natural Sciences, also at Cambridge. Before that, I achieved a bronze medal for placing in the top 50% of participants at the 2020 European Physics Olympiad, coming 3rd out of the UK team.
I have always loved exploring science, and have come to love sharing this passion with others through teaching. I have over 5 years of experience in tutoring in all three sciences and maths, and I currently teach undergraduate students at Cambridge as a 'supervisor' in physics and maths.
Having successfully navigated the admissions process twice, I know what Oxbridge interviewers are looking for and how best to prepare effectively. I can provide mock interviews and interview skills coaching, admissions test preparation, personal statement feedback, and targeted teaching on common interview topics.
