About Yogita
I have been teaching Management institute for last 10years. Have total 10years of teaching. Possess Ph.D. Degree, in the Management Science, Human Resources Specialization. Along with, Ph.D. I also owe degree in Master in Personnel Management (MPM), Diploma in Taxation & Law (DTL), Master in Commerce (M com), Bachelor in Commerce (B com), Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy (GDCA).

My teaching philosophy is based on active learning, which involves role play, case study, presentation and formulates and questions answers, and debate during class, and is complemented by cooperative learning. IT clarifies the purpose and learning goals, and provides explicit criteria on how students can be successful. Students are given opportunities to plan and organize, monitor their own work, direct their own learning, and to self-reflect along the way. When time and space are provided, students get aware of their own knowledge and their own thinking, student ownership increases. In addition, I strongly believe that establishing rapport with students and creating an atmosphere conducive to learning is as important as having command over the subject matter. My ultimate goal in my teaching is to train competent future managers and responsible citizens in an increasingly interdependent and global world.
