About Masumi
I am a fully qualified native Japanese teacher and tutor. I graduated from Murdoch University with a degree in Teaching and I have had 5 years of teaching and tutoring experience, working with year 7-12 students.
I specialise in tutoring all areas (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) of Yr 11 & 12 ATAR Japanese as I have been an ATAR Japanese Speaking Test Examiner and know the curriculum and what is required for assessments very well.

As a native Japanese speaker, I can particularly help with speaking, writing and listening tests, along with Japanese grammar and test preparation. During my experience as a Japanese teacher, I came to know exactly what points teachers look out for in a test answer and can help students to hit these points. I can also check and provide effective feedback for homework, assessments and other activities.
I am very passionate about teaching, particularly Japanese and have a wealth of resources to help my students. My sessions are engaging and tailored to your needs and abilities!
