About Rashad
As a Candidate Master with an international chess rating of around 2000 and over 12 years of experience teaching primary school students, I am committed to helping young players unlock their full potential. I have successfully guided countless students to achieve top results in tournaments, including my team’s recent accomplishment of securing 2nd place among 35 schools and academies. I am a Candidate Master with an international rating of around 2000 and over 12 years of experience teaching chess to students in middle schools and chess academies in Baku.
I use interactive, step-by-step instruction tailored to the student’s level, focusing on strategy, tactics, and practical gameplay. Each lesson includes a warm-up with puzzles, a focused topic (e.g., openings, endgames, tactics), practice games, and review for improvement. My extensive experience teaching young learners, proven track record of student successes, and ability to make chess both engaging and educational set me apart. My lessons are designed for children up to 10 years old, from beginners to intermediate players, who want to build a solid foundation and grow their skills in chess.
