About Reona
With 3 years of tutoring experience, I am a dedicated and passionate educator. I have worked within schools as an outside consultant for exam preparation as well as for organisations such as Explore Learning. More recently, I have been working privately, so as to allow for a more specialised approach to fewer students. All tutors are qualified - what makes a good teacher is the conviction that a well-educated generation leads to not only great individual success but also great social change.

Lessons align with facilitatory educational practices; I encourage thorough questioning and self-discovery opposed to handing students answers and methods. Students are expected to send topics they are struggling with prior to the session, with which a highly specialised lesson is formed. Lessons are an hour long; the first 20 minutes consisting of demonstrations and theory, the next 30 minutes consisting of exam practice and the last 10 minutes reserved for questions, reflection and setting assignments. I teach the National Curriculum, GCSE and A Level.
