About Sri Varshini
Hello, I am Sri Varshini Baskar, a dedicated Carnatic vocal student currently pursuing my music degree. I have been learning music from a young age and continue my training with great interest and discipline. Teaching is something I truly enjoy because I like helping beginners understand music patiently and comfortably. I believe every student can learn well with proper guidance and encouragement. I conduct classes in an organized manner, maintain punctual timings, and provide practice recordings after each lesson. My aim is to share traditional Carnatic music in a simple and supportive way while helping students build confidence and consistency in their learning.

My classes follow a traditional yet student-friendly Carnatic learning approach. I give importance to Shruti Shuddham, Voice Culture, correct pronunciation and Tala clarity from the beginning. Lessons are taught step-by-step so that students understand what they sing, not just memorize. I provide personalized attention and share practice recordings after every session to guide home practice. Along with core syllabus I teach them simple devotional songs to stay motivated.
The goal is to build a strong and disciplined musical foundation that supports long-term learning and performance confidence.
