About Jacob
I am a high school senior. Some of my hobbies include playing video games, chess, guitar, and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I have played an array of sports throughout my life such as soccer, basketball, baseball, and track. I'm just starting out as a tutor, and I've always excelled in school, especially in mathematics. I've always been the person people came to when they needed help understanding a concept or help with homework.

I like to teach by showing how to solve a particular problem, explaining why the method I'm showing works, and then providing examples, followed by guided practice. Whether you're a visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learner, I'll be able to help you understand whatever it is that is giving you trouble, as I like to incorporate all three of those aspects when teaching a concept.
