About Ariel
My name is Ariel, and I am a dedicated and reliable math tutor with a strong academic foundation and real classroom experience. I am currently a student at Case Western Reserve University, majoring in Quantitative Economics and Psychology with a minor in Mathematics. My academic training, combined with hands-on tutoring experience, allows me to provide structured, effective, and professional support to students at a variety of levels.
I approach tutoring with patience, organization, and a genuine commitment to student success. I take the time to prepare for each lesson, adapt to individual learning styles, and explain concepts clearly and thoroughly. Students can expect a respectful, focused learning environment where questions are encouraged and progress is consistently reinforced.
I have experience working with middle school and high school students, supporting them with math coursework, homework, and exam preparation. My name is Ariel, and my tutoring approach focuses on making math clear, manageable, and confidence-building. As a Quantitative Economics and Psychology major with a minor in Mathematics at Case Western Reserve University, I help students understand not just how to solve problems, but why the methods work.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s needs. We begin with a brief review, then work step by step through current math topics or assignments using clear explanations, examples, and guided practice. I encourage students to explain their reasoning, which strengthens problem-solving skills and reveals areas that need reinforcement.
