About Juam
Hi! I’m a friendly and patient cello teacher based in Melbourne. I have been learning and playing the cello for around 20 years and have experience in performances, ensembles, teaching and practice coaching.
I started my musical training from 5 years old and studied in a music-focused school environment. I also have experience preparing for music examinations and performances.
I love music so much！Music has always been a huge part of my life. Also I love sharing that passion and helping others discover the joy of
music. My teaching style is relaxed, encouraging and flexible. I believe learning an instrument should be enjoyable rather than stressful, while still building solid technique and good practice habits.
Lessons can be taught in English or Chinese, and I’m happy to adapt my teaching style to each student’s age, level and goals.
