My Approach as a Tutor
As a CELTA-certified tutor, my approach is student-centered, focusing on creating an engaging and supportive learning environment. I prioritize interaction and real-life communication, using techniques like task-based learning and role plays. During my CELTA course, I was praised by peers and instructors for being engaging, passionate, and for motivating students to achieve their best.
Teaching Methodology and Techniques
I use communicative language teaching (CLT) to encourage practical language use, combining vocabulary, grammar, and fluency activities. I encourage learning to build confidence and cater to different learning styles using varied resources and technology. My lessons are dynamic, incorporating both accuracy and fluency practice.
