Hi, my name is Lana and I am a certified and accredited Life coach. I work with individuals to help them overcome their barriers and to reach their goals.Together we will look at what is holding you back and develop strategies to help you move forwards. As a coach, I am empathetic, motivational, and will work with you so that you get the most out of the session.
