My teaching methodology for Chemistry is built around Compassion, Motivation, Adaptation to Learning Styles, and Problem-solving. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to suit each individual’s needs and learning style. Whether a student learns best through visuals, hands-on activities, or verbal explanations, I find ways to make concepts clear and relatable.
Compassion is at the core of my teaching. I ensure that students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing any difficulties they encounter. I create a supportive environment where learning is not only about mastering content but also about growing in confidence.
Motivation is key to long-term success, so I encourage students by helping them set achievable goals and recognizing their progress. I help students stay motivated, even when they find topics challenging, by showing them how Chemistry connects to real-world situations.
Finally, I focus on problem-solving. Chemistry can be complex, but by working through problems together, I help students develop critical thinking skills and learn how to approach challenges confidently.
