Teaching Methods & Techniques
My instruction follows a gradual release model—*I do, we do, you do*—to ensure students build confidence and independence. Each lesson includes clear modeling, guided practice, independent work, and a short assessment to check understanding. I create a supportive, patient, and caring learning environment, always recognizing that growth takes time and every student learns at their own pace. My lessons are designed for elementary through 6th-grade students and are tailored to meet their individual academic needs in reading and math.
