About Christina
I am an educator driven by a deep passion for helping children grow in confidence and reach their full academic potential. My professional journey began in social work and criminal law, where I developed a strong foundation in advocacy, communication, and supporting individuals through complex challenges. While this work was meaningful, I found myself most fulfilled when I was guiding, mentoring, and empowering others to succeed—especially young people.
This realization led me to pursue a career in education, where I could make a more direct and lasting impact. As a teacher, I am committed to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment tailored to each student’s unique needs. I believe that every child is capable of success when given the right tools, encouragement, and understanding.
My background has given me a patient, empathetic approach and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. I strive to not only improve academic performance but also to build confidence, foster a love of learning, and help students believe in their own abilities. I am a dedicated educator with a passion for helping elementary students build strong academic foundations across math, science, language arts, and social studies.
