About Yolande
I am an experienced human resources leader, business professional, educator, and doctoral scholar based in the United States. I hold an MBA in General Management, a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and a New Jersey teaching credential in English as a Second Language. I am also pursuing a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change.
My professional background includes leadership, employee development, coaching, training, recruitment, workplace communication, and career preparation. This experience allows me to help students build practical English skills they can use in interviews, meetings, presentations, professional emails, academic settings, and everyday conversations.
I am patient, supportive, organized, and committed to helping each student grow in confidence. I understand that every learner has different goals and challenges, so I adapt my teaching approach to meet each student’s individual needs.
