About Jazmin
I've been teaching ESL for 11 years and began teaching online in December 2015. I have experience teaching General English, Business English, PET and KET Exam Preparation as well as ESL for Young Children. Teaching online has allowed me to connect with students worldwide and enhance them to improve and meet their goal to become better English speakers. Though grammar is highly important when beginning to learn the language, I mainly focus in Speaking, Listening, Pronunciation (Phonics) and Comprehension Skills.

I've learned to become adaptable when it comes to teaching. I offer various material and also implement visual aids such as illustrations, music and videos according to the given topic. I deeply appreciate my job as an ESL teacher. I've learned to develop qualities needed to be an effective teacher such as patience, impartiality, understanding, personal interest and tolerance.I believe that music and visual aids play an important role when learning a new language so I try to implement these in class. My main goal is not only to teach students English but to also bring them joy as they learn to think, gain confidence and progress in this avenue.
