About Subhra ray
I am passionate yoga instructor helping people to live healthy happy and confident.I was working with corporate for last 10 yrs , I found that the life is very stressful and during this COVID time , the life is like more into fear ans stress then happiness.So i want to help myself and society to overcome this stress. I did RYT 3oo hrs yoga course from Bodhi School of Yoga and also from different other School. I have also done Voluntary Yoga Course from Ayush Mantralaya and right now perusing Level 3 Yoga Instructor and evaluator and Therapeutic Yoga from Ayush Mantralaya. So that I can help people in better way.in this field of Yoga I have around 3 yrs of experience. I am having my own yoga studio online named as BLISS YOGA CLASSES.
