About Jayshri
I am an yoga trainer/ dancer/ engineer who relates yoga with science. I am on the path of yoga from past 6 years and would love to share my knowledge with all who wants to know about yoga and practice yoga.

My teaching method is a combination of asanas, pranayam, meditation in 60 mins with focus on strength, flexibility and balancing asans. I follow ashtanga and hatha yoga methodology. I am a certified yoga trainer in hatha and ashtanga yoga, from yoga school of India which follows the Shivananda way of yoga.
