Hi! I’m a certified Hatha Yoga teacher offering gentle, beginner-friendly yoga sessions designed to help you build flexibility, strength, and inner calm.

My kids attended her class and they always look forward to her classes and arrive quite early which in itself shows how interesting her classes were.
Pavit (our son) is doing yoga with Manprit during this summer break., there is already huge improvement in his flexibility due to light yoga posture and stretching. Games during the session make him wait for the wait for next class as well.
