About Jenalyn
My name is Jenalyn. Thanks for checking out my page!
I fell in love with Yoga over 8 years ago. I received my 200hr Registered Yoga Teaching Certificate in 2019 and began teaching Full-time almost immediately after.
I then became Reiki I & II certified in 2021 and I am currently working towards becoming a Holistic Lifestyle Specialist.
I love to continue learning everything I can about Health and Fitness. If you're curious to know more, please don't hesitate to reach out. I would love to discuss some options and see if we'd be a good fit!

I use a combination Yoga Instructing and Life Coaching to create positive transformation within my clients.
We will work together to asses your current challenges and set goals to create lasting positive changes to increase your quality of life. I will provide you with knowledge and tools so you can feel empowered to take control of your life.
When teaching yoga, I use my words to guide your body to a position that feels good. I want to empower you to move yourself in new and challenging ways and connect to your mind, body and spirit. We focus on exploring sensation in the body without pain and finding what works for you in your own body no matter what stage you are at in your Yoga journey. I work with students of ALL levels with a goal to leave them feeling better than when they started.

Details
My pricing is currently the same for students of all levels. Traveling within the Acworth area is no extra cost, any further and we can discuss a reasonable price for travel expenses. Cancellation fee of $20 if not cancelled at least 24hrs before scheduled session.
