About Emilia
I'm humbled by my journey in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, shaped by the wisdom of revered teachers in both India and Europe. My focus is on blending physical and mental strength through flexibility. I hold the cherished titles of a Level One Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) Instructor and an RYS 200 Hatha Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, alongside a deep fascination for Bikram yoga.
My heart lies in the rhythm of movement and serenity. I firmly believe that constancy, patience, and kindness pave the path to reconnecting with our authentic selves, marking the beginning of an inner odyssey.
