About Gia
I am a certified life and happiness coach. My goal is to help you navigate through your current struggles and find the way to a fulfilled and happy life. I base my classes on action plans that include a session with me and homework for you to do after the session. I use various tools including journaling, meditation, breathwork, question/answer and other scenarios.
I'd normally work with you if you are coachable - our first session will be FREE for us to discover if we are a good match. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain if you are ready for a change. I can facilitate that and make sure you are on the right track to your dream life.
