About Jing Xi
I am truly passionate about guiding kids and teens to grow with confidence and positivity. I believe that every young person deserves to feel supported and understood, and that’s why I dedicate my coaching to helping them manage stress, speak with courage, and develop a strong, positive mindset. About My Coaching
As an Australian Certified Life Coach, I specialize in helping kids and teenagers build the confidence, resilience, and positive mindset they need to thrive in both school and daily life. My coaching focuses on stress management, public speaking, personal development, and positive thinking, so your child not only improves academically but also grows into a well-rounded, empowered individual.
My Teaching Approach
I believe every child learns best in a supportive, encouraging environment. My sessions are interactive, practical, and always adapted to the unique personality of your teen. We use real-life examples, role-play for public speaking, calming techniques for stress, and fun exercises to strengthen confidence and positivity.
Lesson Structure
Typical length: 1 hour (extendable to 90 minutes if needed)
Style: Engaging conversations, interactive activities, and reflective exercises
Outcome: A calmer, more confident teen ready to handle challenges with a positive outlook
