I am qualified to describe my journey, from my humble beginnings to managing teams 20 - 200 Chefs from all over the world.
The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences has awarded me the Five Star Diamond Award in the year 2000, being selected as one of the World's Best Chefs.
I see myself as an ambassador and mentor in this beautiful profession of culinary arts and I welcome you to join me.
