About Tariq

I am Tariq from Kahama, Tanzania. I am a native Swahili speaker and I love sharing my language and culture with the world.

Growing up in Shinyanga region, Swahili has been my daily language at home, school, and business. I am also fluent in English, so I can explain everything clearly to international students.

Teaching is my passion because I have seen how powerful Swahili is for connecting people. Many foreigners come to Tanzania for work, travel, or volunteering and struggle to communicate. I want to help you feel confident and at home here.

I am patient, friendly, and always on time. I believe learning should be fun and relaxed, not stressful. When I am not teaching, I enjoy learning about technology, business, and meeting new people from different cultures.

I would love to be your guide into the beautiful world of Swahili. Karibu!

Jambo! My name is Tariq, a native Swahili speaker from Kahama, Tanzania.

I teach real, everyday Swahili that people actually use in Tanzania and East Africa. My lessons are friendly, practical, and 100% personalized to your goal.
