About Christ
Let me help you build real fitness, confidence, and consistency through practical coaching that meets you where you are.
Whether you are a beginner, returning to training after a long break, trying to lose weight, build strength, improve endurance, learn boxing, or simply feel better in your body, my goal is to guide you step by step with training that suits your level and lifestyle.
My coaching style is supportive, practical, and results-focused. I do not believe in intimidating people or making fitness complicated. I focus on helping you train smarter, move better, build strength, improve fitness, and create habits you can maintain.
Every client is different, so I adapt each session to your current ability, goals, schedule, and confidence level.
Fitness has been part of my life since childhood, with experience across rugby, football, boxing, martial arts, HYROX, and other disciplines. I have trained, competed, dealt with injuries, made comebacks, and learned what it takes to stay consistent when motivation is not always there.
I hold qualifications in Personal Training, Boxing Coaching, and Athletic Nutrition, with over 15 years of experience across sport, fitness, and coaching. I have also worked in professional sporting environments, including as a liaison officer for international teams at the HSBC Cape Town Sevens since 2015, the Junior Springboks during two U20 World Cups, and the U18 French national team.

My lessons are built around your goals, fitness level and lifestyle.
Before we start, I like to understand where you are now and what you want to achieve. This includes a short health and fitness screening, your training history, current activity level, injuries or limitations, and your main goals.
Your programme can be adapted for weight loss, strength, muscle gain, improved fitness, boxing skills, endurance, body recomposition, general health or confidence. If your goal requires tracking, we can use simple progress markers such as measurements, weight, fitness tests, progress photos and regular check-ins.
Each session is structured but flexible. We normally start with a warm-up, then move into the main training section based on your goal, and finish with mobility, stretching or recovery work. Exercises can always be adjusted if something does not feel right or if you need a different option.
For online sessions, I do not just give instructions. I guide you through the session, demonstrate movements, correct technique where possible, and make sure you understand what you are doing and why.
Where appropriate, I can also help with basic nutrition guidance, meal structure, calorie awareness and practical habits to support your training goals. The aim is not to make fitness complicated, but to help you train smarter, stay consistent and see progress.
Every client is different, so every lesson is adapted to you, your body, your goals and your lifestyle.
