I am a personal trainer with extensive experience in aerobics, fitness coaching, stretching techniques, and parenting-focused workouts. My approach combines professionalism with a supportive and friendly attitude, ensuring clients feel motivated and empowered. My lessons are tailored to suit each individual’s fitness level and personal goals. Whether you're a parent looking to stay active, a beginner starting your wellness journey, or someone wanting to tone and stretch, I provide structured, motivating sessions that blend aerobic routines, strength training, and flexibility exercises. I focus on proper form, progress tracking, and making workouts enjoyable and sustainable. Online and in-person sessions available, with personalized programs to keep you energized and committed.My fitness sessions are inclusive, dynamic, and tailored to suit every individual—regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Each session begins with a warm-up to activate the body, followed by a balanced routine of cardio (aerobics), strength training (using bodyweight, resistance bands, light dumbbells, or stability balls), and ends with deep stretching, core strengthening, and breathing techniques to improve flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. My method is progressive, safe, and goal-oriented.

I also offer a flexible Parenting Gym program, designed for anyone balancing family life and fitness. These sessions adapt to your lifestyle, helping you stay active, strong, and energized while managing parenting responsibilities. Online sessions are available using professional video platforms with real-time instruction and feedback, and progress can be tracked through shared tools to help you stay motivated.

There is no language barrier. I am multilingual and fluent in IsiZulu, English, Xhosa, Xitsonga, Sepedi, Sotho, and most South African languages—covering about 95% of local dialects. This ensures every individual feels welcome, heard, and fully supported in the language they’re most comfortable with. My teaching style is supportive, respectful, and focused on making fitness enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

Details

"My standard rate is R200 per hour for individual sessions. For in-person sessions that require travel, an additional R150 travel fee applies. I offer a free 1-hour trial lesson so you can experience my coaching style, ask questions, and set your fitness goals with confidence. Sessions can be held online or in person, based on your preference and location.

Group sessions and recurring bookings are available at discounted rates—please contact me for custom packages. Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or mobile wallet. Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours in advance to avoid being group sessions or recurring bookings
