I’m a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. I became a personal trainer and health enthusiast from a sincere desire to inspire and support others on their journey to improved health and fitness.
In my free time I enjoy working out, all things animals, arts and crafts, cooking, nature walks, hikes and gardening.
