Hi, I’m Jay Khon — an ICPT-certified personal trainer with over 5 years of coaching experience, focused on helping clients build strength, improve fitness, and achieve lasting body transformations.
I help people build strength, lose fat, and transform their physique through structured, personalized training. My approach is simple: no guesswork, no extreme methods. Just a clear system designed for real sustainable results.
I’ve worked with clients of all levels, including beginners and individuals with specific conditions, so every program is adapted to your body, pace, and goals.

I had a really hard time searching for and staying consistent with a PT... Until I met Jay by recommendation from my friend.
He's not like the other PTs. He is really good at what he does.
He knows exactly how to handle people who are afraid of trying something new (the gym) and the assurance he provided was top-notch. He explained every single movement to me and by the end of our first session, I was already hooked.
