About Jessica
Jessica is an AFAA certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor in the Tampa Bay area. As an athlete and fitness enthusiast growing up, she has always believed that living an active lifestyle is the key to being fit for life. She is extremely passionate about helping others not only reach their goals but also more importantly change their lifestyle behaviors to live a healthier, longer, and more balanced life. These passions led her to achieving her education through the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science specializing in Human Performance.
With over 16 years in the fitness industry starting as a trainer at a local YMCA, working as a personal trainer for the Ritz-Carlton, Florida Hospital, and now currently working for the Vinoy.
