Hi, I’m a certified personal trainer from Bangalore with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness, whether their goal is to lose weight, gain strength, improve endurance, or simply stay healthy and active. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life beginners, working professionals, homemakers, seniors, and even those recovering from injuries. As a personal trainer, my teaching style is supportive, practical, and results-driven. I focus on making fitness a part of your lifestyle, not just a short-term goal. I believe every person is unique, so I design custom workout plans based on your current fitness level, goals, and preferences.

I use a mix of bodyweight training, resistance workouts, functional fitness, and cardio routines.

I incorporate progressive overload and goal tracking to help you improve consistently.

I also offer basic nutrition tips to support your physical training.
