About Anais
Originally from Chicago, I started my Pilates journey in 2015 when I experienced a severe injury while dancing with a ballet company. Pilates helped me recover from the injury and continue my career as an actress/dancer, from the stages in NYC now to the screens in LA. I’ve helped clients build strength, improve alignment, and develop a deeper connection to their bodies.

As a certified Pilates instructor and professional ballet dancer, I combine classical Pilates technique with an expert eye for alignment, strength, and movement. Each session is tailored to your body and goals, focusing on core strength, posture, flexibility, and control.
My teaching style is personalized! I'm certified in all Pilates apparatuses, as well as mat, and also can combine ballet style training for clients if you'd like as well. I love helping my clients build strength and confidence while developing a deeper connection to your body.
Whether you’re a beginner, experienced in Pilates, or a dancer looking to refine your technique, I’ll help you move with greater strength, ease, and confidence.
