Hello! My name is Aizat. Over the past 10+ years, I have worked across higher education and technology organizations leading procurement operations, digital system transformations, and corporate governance. I chose to teach because textbooks only tell half the story. My goal isn’t just to help you pass an exam, it’s to bridge the gap between classroom theory and what actually happens in the real world. my teaching method is through:
Case-Based Learning (CBL) - Present real or anonymized corporate scenarios (e.g., supplier bankruptcy, supply chain bottlenecks, ethical dilemmas in tender bidding). Students analyze the problem and propose strategic solutions.
Problem-Based Learning (PBL) - Give students open-ended industry problems (e.g., "How to reduce inventory holding costs by 15% without impacting fulfillment"). Students research and develop an end-to-end proposal.
And other methods depending on suitability of the class.
