About Amra
Assalamu Alaikum! I am a dedicated Quran and Islamic Studies teacher passionate about helping students build a strong and meaningful connection with the Quran. I teach learners of all ages and levels with patience, kindness, and a clear step-by-step approach.
My focus is on correct Quran recitation, Tajweed, memorisation, basic Islamic knowledge, and understanding the message of the Quran. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where every student feels confident to ask questions, improve at their own pace, and develop a lifelong love for Islamic learning.
I can teach in English, Urdu, and Punjabi, making lessons easier and more accessible for different learners. My goal is not only to help students read the Quran correctly, but also to encourage good character, regular practice, and a deeper understanding of Islam.

I offer personalised Quran and Islamic Studies lessons for children, adults, beginners, and advanced learners. Classes are designed according to each student’s age, level, and learning goals, in a supportive and respectful environment.
My lessons can include:
Nazra Quran with correct pronunciation and fluency
Tajweed rules with practical recitation practice
Memorisation (Hifz) with regular revision support
Quran translation and Tafseer to understand Allah’s message
Islamic Studies, including basic beliefs, worship, Seerah, duas, and Islamic manners
Quranic Arabic basics for students who wish to understand Quranic vocabulary
In the first lesson, I assess the student’s current level and discuss their goals. Each class includes recitation, explanation, correction of mistakes, revision, and simple practice tasks. Lessons are available online and can be taught in English, Urdu, and Punjabi where needed.
