About Laura
I’m a passionate and approachable yoga teacher with a deep interest in holistic well-being and mindfulness. My journey into yoga began as a way to manage stress and feel more connected to myself, and over time it has become such an important part of my life that I felt called to share it with others.
I am currently training in holistic therapy, which has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and how practices like yoga, breathwork, and relaxation can support both physical and emotional well-being.
I want to teach yoga because I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful it can be, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. My goal is to help others slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel more calm, balanced, and at ease in their everyday lives.

My teaching approach is gentle, supportive, and centred around creating a calm and safe space for each student. I focus on traditional Hatha yoga practices, combining mindful movement, breath awareness (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. I encourage students to move at their own pace, listen to their bodies, and develop a deeper mind-body connection. Each class is designed to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling more balanced and grounded.
My classes are suitable for beginners and those looking for a gentle, relaxing practice. They are ideal for adults of all ages who want to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and bring more calm into their daily lives. No previous yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to show up and try.
