About Simran
I am Simran, an experienced Learning & Development professional and English communication coach with over 8 years of expertise in training individuals and corporate teams. My professional journey began in Human Resources, where I developed a strong foundation in recruitment, employee relations, talent development, and workplace communication. This experience helped me understand how communication and behavioural skills directly influence both personal and professional success.
Over the years, I have transitioned into training and coaching, where I focus on helping individuals build confidence, improve communication, and develop essential soft skills required in today’s competitive environment. I specialise in English language training, public speaking, personality development, CV writing, interview preparation, and corporate behavioural skills. I also coach learners preparing for IELTS and PTE examinations with structured, goal-oriented strategies.
I am passionate about simplifying learning and making complex skills easy to understand and apply in real-life situations. My sessions are interactive, practical, and tailored to each learner’s needs, ensuring steady improvement and measurable progress. I believe in creating a supportive environment where learners feel confident to express themselves and grow without hesitation.

My teaching philosophy is centred around creating confident communicators and impactful professionals through practical, engaging and personalised learning experiences. I believe that communication and soft skills are best developed through consistent practice, real-world application and guided mentorship rather than theoretical instruction alone.
With over 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR management and professional training, I specialise in English communication, IELTS/PTE preparation, public speaking, personality development, CV writing, employability skills and corporate behavioural training. My sessions are designed to help learners enhance both their professional presence and personal confidence.
I follow a learner-focused and result-oriented approach, tailoring every session according to the individual’s goals, learning style and proficiency level. My teaching techniques include interactive discussions, speaking drills, mock interviews, presentation coaching, role plays, vocabulary enhancement, pronunciation training and structured feedback sessions to ensure measurable improvement.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes and maintains a balance between concept clarity, practical exercises and confidence-building activities. I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment where learners feel encouraged to express themselves and grow continuously.
