About Kelly
Hi! My name is Kelly Le Parc, and I’m a certified K–8 teacher in New Jersey with over 20 years of classroom experience. I specialize in supporting early elementary students (grades K–3) with reading, writing, phonics, grammar, and beginner Spanish and Greek. I also have a strong background in working with English Language Learners (ELLs/ESLs) and multilingual students. My passion is helping young learners build confidence, develop a love for learning, and make meaningful progress at their own pace. I bring patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to every session. Whether your child needs support catching up, extra enrichment, or help with language development, I’m here to guide them every step of the way.

I use a student-centered, multisensory approach to instruction, blending visual, auditory, and kinesthetic strategies tailored to each learner’s needs. I incorporate:
Explicit instruction for phonics, reading, and grammar
Interactive games and manipulatives to make learning engaging
-Scaffolding and modeling to support language learners
-Realia and visuals for ESL and multilingual learners
-Frequent checks for understanding and positive reinforcement
Typical Lesson Plan
A 30–45 minute session is paced to keep students engaged and progressing:
-Warm-up (5 min): Quick review or fun language game
-Mini-lesson (10–15 min): New concept or skill explicitly taught
-Guided practice (10–15 min): We work together on tasks with support
-Independent practice (5–10 min): Student demonstrates learning
-Wrap-up/Review (5 min): Recap and goals for next session
I always incorporate student interests, provide repetition with variety, and adjust the pace to ensure mastery and confidence.
What Sets Me Apart
Multilingual expertise: I support English, Spanish, and Greek learners with language-sensitive instruction.
K–3 developmental focus: I deeply understand how young learners grow academically and emotionally.
Experience with diverse learners: I adapt lessons to suit ELLs, students with learning differences, and those who need enrichment.
Personalized and fun sessions: I make learning meaningful and enjoyable through tailored content and a warm, encouraging style.
Who the Lessons Are For
I tutor:
-K–3 students needing foundational support in reading, writing, phonics, and language development
-Elementary ELLs (English Language Learners) who are acquiring English as a second language
-Students learning beginner Spanish or Greek
-Learners who benefit from 1:1 attention and customized pacing
