About Laura
My primary goal as your teacher and tutor is to foster a compassionate and supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected. I believe that teaching goes beyond simply imparting knowledge; it's about instilling core values and nurturing respect for one another.
It's perfectly okay to make mistakes. In fact, mistakes are an essential part of learning and growing, both as individuals and as learners. Each error is an opportunity to understand better, to refine your skills, and to improve. I am here to guide you through these experiences and to help you see them as stepping stones on your path to success.
My deepest wish is to support each of you in reaching your full potential. Together, we will work towards not just academic achievements, but personal growth.

It is my goal to continue to learn and grow throughout my career, which is why I would like to work begin my journey in tutoring to gain more insight into student misconceptions and learning strategies. Although I am a relatively new teacher, I have developed a level of knowledge in student encouragement, mentoring students and teacher development throughout my supply teaching and Long-Term Occasional placements. I take education very seriously and there is so much more I want to explore and learn. I would love to take my learning adventure to the next level by getting to help teach one-on-one/small group tutoring sessions.
