About Nicole
Hi! My name is Nicole, and I am a TEFL-certified English teacher from Utah, USA, a state known for its red rock national parks and snow-capped mountains.
My teaching journey began three years ago in Utah, where I started casually helping Spanish speakers refine their pronunciation, sentence structure, and professional writing. I fell in love with teaching and decided to pursue it as a job. Alongside teaching English, I currently work as a Learning Developer, where I design instructional materials and training programs. This background allows me to bring highly effective learning strategies directly into our English lessons.
My teaching experience also includes six months of traveling across Europe while teaching English to students from Spain, Italy, Poland, and Germany. Combining my background in corporate America with my expertise in learning development, I specialize in helping students with both everyday conversation and professional workplace communication.
As a Spanish learner of three years, I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel to speak a new language. My goal is to create a supportive, high-energy environment where you feel comfortable making mistakes and building real confidence.
Outside of work and teaching, I love traveling, crocheting, baking sourdough, cycling, and meeting people from around the world.

Build your English confidence in a relaxed, encouraging environment.
As a teacher, my priority is helping you speak naturally without the fear of making mistakes. Because I am a language learner myself (learning Spanish for 3+ years), I know firsthand how intimidating it can feel to speak in a foreign language.
How we can work together:
Student-Led Focus: You decide what matters most to you—whether that’s fluid conversation, expanding your vocabulary, mastering grammar rules, or refining your pronunciation.
Business & Professional English: Drawing from my background in corporate America, I can help you prepare for job interviews, refine your email writing, prepare presentations, or practice professional workplace small talk.
Real-World Conversational Practice: We will discuss engaging topics—like travel, culture, daily life, or hobbies—so you gain practical fluency you can use immediately.
Every lesson is structured around your specific learning goals, pace, and interests.
