I have a TEFL Certificate and 1 and a half year teaching high school students as voluntary work. Teaching should be done with passion .Once you find your students not able to understand a particular concept you should be ready to adapt new methods of teaching to explain to them. I feel that teaching should act as a guide to allow the students to choose his method of learning.
