About Carlene
Hi, I’m Carlene, and I particularly enjoy helping people recognise their strengths, understand what may be holding them back and develop greater confidence in themselves and the choices they make. Whether you’re navigating a change, lacking motivation, feeling unsure about your direction or simply know you’re capable of more, you’ll find a supportive, positive and non-judgemental space to work things through and decide what comes next.
I’m naturally warm, encouraging and curious. I genuinely love helping people recognise their potential and create positive change in their lives. What I often find is that people have far more ability than they give themselves credit for, and my sessions are about helping bring that potential to the forefront.
I’m also naturally intuitive and particularly good at noticing patterns and connections, often helping people see something in their situation that they hadn’t recognised before. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions and offer useful tools and different perspectives to help you uncover the answers and direction that feel right for you.

My coaching sessions are supportive, encouraging and tailored to the individual. I use active listening, thoughtful questioning and practical coaching exercises to help you explore where you are now, what you genuinely want, what may be holding you back and what needs to change to move forward.
Depending on what you would like support with, we might explore confidence and mindset, goals and motivation, beliefs and habits, life changes, identity, strengths and values, or simply gaining clarity when you feel stuck or unsure of your direction. I then help you turn those insights into realistic goals and practical next steps, with encouragement and accountability along the way.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes. I am a Certified Transformation Life Coach, with advanced training in transformation, transitions and change, and previous experience providing one-to-one coaching and creating personal development programmes and resources.
My online sessions are suitable for young people and adults who would benefit from a positive, non-judgemental space to explore what they want, recognise their strengths and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
