From elite athletes to great artists, the most important battles in history have always been with the self. Winning is essential. I believe that discipline determines our destiny. I believe that compassion and knowledge are flip sides of the same coin. By developing discipline, it is important for me to share that knowledge with people who are ready to break free from their normal lives and get on track with an extraordinary life. Teaching Techniques and Methods:
We'll be focusing on the mind-body connection. We'll use classical yoga poses and sequences to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance.
We use (Pranayama) breath works, meditation, and relaxation exercises to help you reduce stress, balance hormonal levels and increase inner peace.
Usual Structure of a Class:
Our classes typically begin with a brief meditation or centering exercise to help you being present with right intentions.
Through a series of yoga postures, guiding them through proper alignment and breath work. We'll include variations or modifications to poses to accommodate students of different levels or physical abilities.
Classes typically end with a period of relaxation or guided meditation to help students integrate the benefits of their practice.
Special Features as a Practitioner:
I create a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their practice, free from judgment or expectation.
I am attentive to the needs of each student and offer modifications or adjustments as needed to help them achieve their goals.
I emphasize the importance of mindfulness and self-awareness both on and off the mat.
My teaching style is infused with a sense of calm and serenity, creating a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for students.
