About Mara
Hello! I'm Mara, I am passionate about all things well-being. I'm constantly looking for ways to live life fully and in harmony with everything around me. This journey has brought me to explore different paths. I've experienced firsthand how yoga and mindfulness have changed my life for the better. I'm a certified hatha yoga teacher and trauma-informed, currently studying yoga therapy. I hope to inspire others to improve their lives, find peace, and make a positive impact in the community.

My teaching approach is highly personalized, designed to meet your specific needs. A typical session includes some movement, exercises to help you find and strengthen concentration and meditation. Rather than telling you what you should do, I support and guide you on a journey to discover and listen to your inner self. I'm a qualified yoga teacher and I have trauma-informed training. I can accommodate small groups and offer both online and in-person sessions. Each session typically lasts 60-120 minutes, depending on your needs. My classes are accessible to all.
