About REGINA
I have been a fitness and yoga instructor for over 20 years., have taught many students with a variety of needs and levels, and ages. My students usually experience an improved sense of well being and fitness in the short term and long term continue to achieve improvement in their level of flexibility, core strength, and balance.

This first lesson is free to allow you to get to know your teacher so that they can best meet your needs.

Details
If I travel to the student, the fee is 40 for one lesson per seek. The price will go down to 30 for twice a week, and 25 for three. If it is a group lesson, the fee will depend on the number of people involved. Students coming to me will pay 25 per lesson.
