About Jackie
I am a passionate yoga practitioner and have dedicated much of my adult life to the practice. Taking the step into teacher training was a natural progression, and it’s a journey I’ve never looked back from.
For me, yoga is far more than physical movement—it strengthens the body while also supporting mental wellbeing, bringing clarity and a sense of stillness. I truly believe yoga is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability.
Working as a PA can be demanding and, at times, stressful. Each morning, I find grounding and balance by unrolling my mat, allowing my practice to release tension and set a calm, focused tone for the day ahead.

I offer a nurturing and grounded yoga practice rooted in the traditions of hatha and yin yoga. Whether you're seeking stillness, strength, or simply a moment to breathe, my classes are designed to meet you where you are.
I’m a qualified teacher with years of personal experience on the mat, now sharing the tools that have supported my own journey. I offer one-to-one sessions and small group classes, either from my peaceful home studio in Coulsdon or in the comfort of your own space.
Each session is a chance to slow down, release tension, and reconnect. My intention is for you to leave your mat feeling grounded, recharged, and deeply at ease.
