About Leanne
I am from Wexford originally but studied & worked in Cork for 9 years. I am currently living in Lisbon, Portugal. I have previously worked as a training co-ordinator & am currently working as an English tutor.
I have a passion for education and a commitment to fostering meaningful learning experiences, I am confident in my ability to help students excel. I aim to provide a safe space for learning that will help students to gain confidence & advance in their yoga practice. My approach to teaching is rooted in creating a nurturing and engaging where students feel comfortable asking questions & exploring ideas. I aim to assist students in recognizing their unique strengths & can tailor & adapt lessons to allow students to thrive.

Join me in a personalised & tailored approach to yoga lessons, focusing on alignment, posture, flexibility & strength which are suited to your level & body.
My teaching approach is to create a safe, supportive environment focused on precision and mindfulness. Each session is tailored to your needs, using verbal cues & knowledge sharing to ensure optimal alignment and prevent injury.
Lessons can be suited to your schedule & can last 30, 45 or 60 minutes & will include Posture practice (Asana), breathwork (pranayama) & meditation (Dhyana).
I have completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Goa India where I trained & qualified in Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa styles. In this training, I studied Yoga philosophy, anatomy & ayurvedic practices. I guide students of all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—toward a deeper, safer practice.
Perfect for yogis of all levels and ages looking to refine their practice, prevent injury, or recover from one in a safe & guided environment.
