About Acharya Deepi
Yoga for me is more than just a physical practice—it’s a path to inner balance, clarity, and self-discovery. I was drawn to teaching because I’ve witnessed firsthand how yoga can transform lives—from building physical strength to offering emotional healing and creating space for deep reconnection with the self. Yoga meets each person exactly where they are, and that’s the beauty of it.
I am a Certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist with around 5.5 years of experience guiding individuals across different age groups, body types, and ability levels. My goal is to make yoga inclusive, empowering, and deeply transformative—whether you’re just starting out or deepening your existing practice.
In addition to my teaching qualifications, I have completed a certified training program as a Yogaasana Judge, giving me advanced insight into posture, alignment, discipline and technique. This foundation allows me to guide students safely and effectively, both in therapeutic settings and more dynamic styles of yoga.
My teaching approach integrates traditional yogic wisdom with modern therapeutic tools, creating a balanced and accessible practice that nurtures the body, calms the mind, and connects you to your inner self.

Acharya Dipi is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. The classes are stand alone, but if you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. She also runs retreats which are really well organised, in beautiful locations, with great company, and worth every penny.”
